OPUSm AG concentrates on the digitization and automation of service processes. Service processes are understood as an umbrella term for commissioning, maintenance and fault processes. We focus on companies headquartered in the DACH region in the areas of industry and commerce as well as pure service providers. OPUSm offers various solutions in this area and can therefore advise customers optimally and independently. OPUSm analyses the profitability of investments in this area and when it comes to implementing projects, customers receive all services from A to Z from a single source. The experienced consultants support customers with their best-practice knowledge during the conception phase, so that the digitization of the service processes delivers the maximum benefit. The focus is not only on increasing productivity, but also on improving the customer experience. This promotes the simplicity of doing business with your company and thus contributes to customer loyalty. We also pay great attention to usability for the service technician. Because simple solutions are successful solutions. These are used because they offer an added value without having to drive additional effort.

Depending on customer-specific requirements, projects are supported by additional specialists from partner companies and softwaremanufacturers. These are coordinated by OPUSm. We ensure the support of the solution directly through the providers of the software solutions. This gives the customer direct access to the software manufacturer and the best possible support.

OPUSm has also been offering its own solutions for some time, which serve to integrate the field service solutions offered with various backend systems. Connectors between core systems and ERP solutions such as APplus, Abacus or Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV are available as standard. Furthermore, OPUSm offers a connector for the exchange of appointments between Coresystems Workforce Management and the Outlook calendar.
